Premier Enterprise Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead enterprise IT projects and programs. The role is full-time and onsite, requiring strong leadership and cross-functional coordination to deliver on time and within budget.

The incumbent will define plans, govern projects, manage risks, mentor junior PMs, and ensure alignment with ITSM practices and ServiceNow where applicable. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven experience delivering integrated project/program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS or related discipline.
• Experience with ITSM; ServiceNow expertise preferred.
• Proven ability to increase efficiency and reduce errors using structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure & Operations programs and major projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and critical path.
• Coordinate resource assignments across teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings and produce executive status reports.
• Enforce PMO methodologies, change control, and release governance.
• Identify risks, escalate, and implement contingency plans.
• Oversee vendor and third-party engagement for workstreams.
• Coach junior PMs and delivery teams on best practices.
• Track KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
