Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to own workplace technology across the Americas, including New York, Atlanta, San Francisco, Mexico City and Brazil. You will ensure reliable user experience for executives and teams, escalating to central Tech when necessary and documenting scalable fixes.

The role combines hands-on support, onboarding/offboarding, and coordination of office openings, moves, and events. Some travel (up to 25%) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations supporting multiple offices.
• Strong customer service and incident handling skills.
• Ability to document fixes and create scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Americas IT operations lead for offices in New York, Atlanta, San Francisco, Mexico City and Brazil.
• Resolve end-user device, identity, AV, and networking issues to resolution.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding sessions and hardware logistics for new hires.
