Checkout.com is seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join its North America Revenue organization. You will blend pre-sales and implementation work to guide enterprise merchants from initial evaluation to a successful launch.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to tailor high-impact technical solutions, deliver live demos, and drive end-to-end delivery while leveraging AI tools to improve productivity in a fast-growing, global fintech environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in the payments industry.
• Strong technical skills evidenced by education or professional work experience.
• Direct role experience in Sales/Implementation/Solutions Engineering or related fields.
• Exceptional client-facing communication with external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of API-based integrations (REST/JSON) and Postman.
• Analytical and debugging skills; ability to reproduce and explain issues from logs and responses.
• Ability to distill complex tech concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Immerse yourself in the payments industry and understand the Checkout.com platform, products, and services.
• Team up with Sales Representatives to engage enterprise merchant prospects in a pre-sales context.
• Identify pain points and business needs to propose tailored, high-impact solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations using decks, UI walkthroughs, APIs, reports, and integration examples.
• Take primary responsibility for end-to-end technical lifecycle from pre-sales to go-live support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Finance to influence the roadmap.
• Operate with an AI-forward mindset, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and output quality.
