Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior IT Manager – Manufacturing Digital Transformation to lead strategy, delivery, modernization, and operational excellence of digital manufacturing solutions across a global MedTech manufacturing network.

You will drive end-to-end initiatives across Plan, Build, Run, and Architecture, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Cybersecurity and Enterprise IT to improve productivity, quality and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years IT/manufacturing technology, or 5 years with advanced degree.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and IT delivery portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• IT Strategy, Planning & Digital Transformation – Lead development and execution of manufacturing digital transformation strategies.
• Solution Delivery & Implementation – Design, develop, implement, and deploy manufacturing IT solutions across sites.
• IT Operations, Reliability & Service Management – Accountable for operational performance and ongoing support of manufacturing IT applications.
• Technology Architecture & Innovation – Provide architectural oversight for MES, IIoT, cloud/edge, AI, data platforms.
• Financial, Portfolio & Vendor Management – Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement – Build partnerships with senior stakeholders and translate needs into initiatives.
• People Leadership & Talent Development – Lead and coach IT teams across delivery roles.
• Quality, Regulatory Compliance & Cybersecurity – Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
