Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years digital solutions across R&D and manufacturing.
• 12+ years leading cloud-native engineering teams.
• 10+ years building scalable solutions for internal/external users.
• 10+ years with ML/AI and product telemetry.
• Experience with native mobile and web apps.
• Experience with ERP/MES/QMS and PLM portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for R&D, manufacturing and quality solutions.
• Own lifecycle, integration and retirement of ERP, MES, QMS and related tech.
• Ensure data integrity across design, BOMs, planning and production.
• Drive Manufacturing 4.0 with connected equipment, automation and analytics.
• Lead ML/AI deployment in the stack and improve yield and throughput.
• Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity and data integrity requirements.
