Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of software engineering for advanced degree option with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with large-scale software systems, design, development, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, coding languages, and development tools.
• Experience mentoring engineers, driving best practices, and enabling teams to deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities to support development and sustained performance of products across manufacturing operations.
• Design, implement and optimize automated, standardized processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition new designs into manufacturing and enhance existing processes.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to other software engineers and ensure projects meet high standards.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor juniors; drive continuous improvement and best practices.
