The role focuses on IT/OT convergence, security, and scalable plant technologies to improve visibility, quality, and throughput.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT or engineering, with 5+ years in leadership at the manufacturing-technology intersection, and a track record of global transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT or Engineering experience, incl. 5+ years in a senior leadership role at the intersection of manufacturing and technology.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation projects (MES, IoT, SCADA) in a global manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to the VP IT, Data Centers, aligning OT roadmaps with enterprise capabilities.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT to ensure plant-floor technologies integrate securely with IT systems.
• Own and execute the digital factory strategy, including MES, IoT, and automation roadmaps.
• Lead multi-site transformation initiatives with standardized yet flexible solutions.
• Establish digital standard work and measure success by business KPIs, not only milestones.
