Medtronic plc is seeking an Enterprise Architect for Supply Chain and Manufacturing to shape future-state architecture and governance across business capabilities, data, and applications. You will align technology initiatives with operational priorities and drive modernization efforts.

This role collaborates with business, data, security, and engineering teams, presenting roadmaps to senior leadership, and ensuring scalable, secure solutions while navigating a complex regulatory environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 8+ years.
• Experience developing enterprise/solution/technology architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or related domains.
• Fluency using AI tools, including generative AI, in business and technical environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain target architecture for Supply Chain and Manufacturing with multi-year roadmaps.
• Govern the application portfolio; reduce technical debt and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Architect data, integration, and digital thread across CRM, ERP, WMS, MES.
• Lead architecture strategy for S&OP, logistics, and partner integrations.
• Present recommendations and governance outcomes to senior leadership and ARB.
