Parker Hannifin is seeking a Senior Digital & IT Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead business transformation through digital and IT solutions. You will partner with manufacturing sites, stakeholders, and vendors to analyze needs and deliver integrated solutions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, data integration, and continuous-improvement efforts to improve operational performance. Travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have U.S. permanent resident status.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 4–6+ years IT, business systems, manufacturing systems, data analysis, or software implementation experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Understand manufacturing processes to apply digital, data, and IT solutions that improve operational performance.
• Partner with site stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyze requirements, and deliver measurable value.
• Evaluate software and vendors; conduct feasibility assessments aligned with IT strategies.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT solutions including design, configuration, testing and support.
• Define data integration processes ingesting, cleansing, transforming, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and meet business requirements.
• Travel as needed; provide after-hours technical support.
