Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/business.
5+ years of IT experience incl. infrastructure, applications and support.
2–5 years of supervisory/management experience.
Experience managing vendors and budgets.
Strategic thinker with ability to lead customers, suppliers and employees.

Responsibilities

Lead IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity and support teams.
Direct implementation of new/upgraded information systems with plans and accountability.
Foster collaboration across technical disciplines.
Ensure high availability of corporate technology systems.
Mentor, coach and develop IT staff; conduct performance evaluations.
Oversee licensing compliance and regulatory alignment.
Develop and deliver user training as needed.
Track performance metrics for IT projects and system performance.
Manage servers, storage, networking, cloud services, telecommunication and endpoint infrastructure.
Supervise internal software development projects.
Coordinate application integrations and third‑party systems.
Maintain cybersecurity policies and controls.
Oversee vulnerability management, backups, DR and business continuity.
Manage vendor relationships.
