Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
5 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
Minimum 2 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, cybersecurity, and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

Be a positive leader for IT staff and oversee IT operations and systems.
Develop strategy related to IT infrastructure and information systems.
Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for upgrades.
Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual spend.
Consult senior stakeholders to optimize IT use across the organization.
Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring performance.
Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems.
Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff.
