Job summary

Dallas County seeks a senior IT leader to oversee large, complex IT functions, manage multiple cross-functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives across Applications, Infrastructure, Network, Databases, Cloud, and Security. You will ensure service availability, governance, and alignment with County objectives.

The role requires setting roadmaps, SLAs, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and mentoring IT staff, while advancing digital transformation and data security across county-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years IT experience with 3+ years supervisory.
• Experience in government or large IT organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees enterprise IT services and multiple cross-functional teams.
• Drives governance, SLAs, risk, and compliance across IT operations.
• Leads IT strategy, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Manages incident response, system availability, and project roadmaps.
• Partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
