Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years progressive IT experience covering infrastructure, applications, and support.
• 2-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing vendors and budgets.

• Able to work with customers, suppliers, and employees in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, enterprise apps, cybersecurity, and technical support.
• Manage IT inventory, asset lifecycle, and vendor relationships.
• Direct implementation of new/upgraded information systems with plans and accountability.
• Mentor and develop IT staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure high availability of corporate technology systems and disaster recovery planning.
• Coordinate application integrations and third-party systems; oversee security controls.
