Job summary

Wingspan Care Group seeks a Director of Technical Services to lead the strategy, design, build, and operations of the organization's entire IT infrastructure, including networks, data centers, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user computing. This in-office role (Shaker Heights, OH) carries full accountability for budgets, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Executive-level leadership with ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in enterprise data management, BI platforms, and analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 admin including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, data center operations, and infrastructure management.
• Solid ITSM/ITIL experience and service-desk management.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and financial planning in healthcare.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, 21st Century Cures Act, CMS interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure design, build, and testing from initiation to production deployment.
• Manage enterprise network, data center, and cabling with high availability.
• Lead server/storage lifecycle, on-prem and cloud strategies including IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
• Oversee security tooling: firewalls, IPS, DLP, EDR, SIEM, PAM; ensure HIPAA alignment.
• Oversee end-user computing and Microsoft 365 governance and licensing.
• Develop and manage multi-department IT budgets; vendor and contract management.
• Guide IT Help Desk, SLAs, and ITIL-aligned processes; promote 24/7 healthcare support.
