This position manages multi-million-dollar budgets, vendor contracts, regulatory compliance, and a high-performing IT team across networks, data centers, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Health Informatics/Business preferred; 8+ years experience acceptable.
• Experience leading multiple IT teams and cybersecurity operations in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, 21st Century Cures Act, CMS interoperability rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and testing of all infrastructure projects.
• Oversee cloud strategy, security controls, and data center operations.
• Ensure HIPAA security compliance and risk management across all tech.
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets and vendor contracts.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing multi-department IT team.
