Job summary

Wingspan Care Group seeks a Clinical Applications Analyst to implement, support, and integrate third-party products into our Netsmart MyAvatarNX-based EHR. The role collaborates with department heads, end-users, DBAs, and vendors to improve clinical systems and user satisfaction.

Based in Shaker Heights, OH, the position requires strong communication with non-technical staff, initiative, and ability to work with diverse teams. The role is in-office full-time with 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year Computer Science or similar technical degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Healthcare industry experience not required but considered.
• Experience with an Electronic Health Record system expected.
• Microsoft Office 365 Suite experience expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, initiative and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain an electronic health record system using industry best practices.
• Define, document, diagram and integrate workflows and processes.
• Work independently with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain deliverable timelines.
• Assist and train end-users in functionality, security and information extraction.
• Troubleshoot end-user problems within supported applications.
• Transform end-user needs into new or modified features.
