Job summary

Wingspan Care Group in Ohio is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to plan, configure, and support the organization’s computer and network systems. You will ensure stable operation, manage Microsoft 365/Exchange/SharePoint/Azure, and work with vendors to resolve complex issues.

You will lead operational projects, create documentation, and provide Tier 2/3 support while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong data security.

Qualifications

• Four-year computer science degree preferred; associates with certs considered.
• Strong communication for professional context and documentation.
• Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork in a professional environment.
• Ability to analyze problems and make timely decisions.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and availability of infrastructure systems.
• Participate in design, build, test, and maintain infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft enterprise environment (365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Intune, Purview).
• Manage VMware environment involvement.
• Configure and manage Extreme Networks LAN, SD-WAN, WLAN and monitoring.
• Manage data retention and backups across systems.
• Document all systems and maintain up-to-date records.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for incidents and training for Tier 1.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects as needed.
