Job summary

Qualifications

• Required strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft cloud and Windows environments.
• Required practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure administration, identity and access management, and Windows systems.
• Experience leading technical staff, coordinating vendors, and managing business-critical IT services.
• Ability to explain technical problems clearly to non-technical leadership.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, project-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee internal IT team, define standards and operating procedures.
• Own Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Manage security, backups, disaster recovery, and vendor relationships.
