OpenArt is hiring an experienced IT & Information Security Manager to lead corporate IT ops and security. You’ll manage macOS devices, Google Workspace, and cloud services, strengthen access controls, monitor activity, and support employees daily.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in corporate IT or information security with hands-on security monitoring and incident response.
• Strong in macOS environments, MDM, and Google Workspace administration.
• Familiar with SSO, MFA, EDR, DLP, IAM, and centralized logging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and information security program focusing on macOS, Google Workspace, and cloud services.
• Maintain asset inventory, enforce access controls, security policies and monitoring.
• Investigate unusual activity like logins, file exports, and external sharing.
• Manage user accounts, devices, access lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding.
• Lead security incident response and implement remediation improvements.
• Provide day-to-day IT support, vendor management, training, and business continuity.
