Qualifications

• Five+ years in corporate IT support or systems administration.
• Hands-on with macOS endpoints in a corporate environment (Jamf).
• Experience administering Okta or other identity providers.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycles.
• Experience with IT service-management/ticketing systems and SLAs.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for employees across AMER/EMEA, meeting SLA targets.
• Act as escalation point for complex endpoint, identity, app, and connectivity issues.
• Support employees via Slack, Zoom, email, and remote-support tools.
• Develop documentation and self-service resources to reduce repeat requests.
• Administer and support Jamf, Okta, VPN, DLP, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
