Ideal candidates have 6+ years in business IT support, handle servers, networks, and cloud services, and can prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows servers and AD environments.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange.
• VMware/Hyper-V experience is preferred.
• Ability to document steps and maintain SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for Tier I/II issues.
• Support end-users in help desk and on-site settings.
• Configure hardware, networks, and applications for clients.
• Manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy.
• Document initiatives and log time in professional services.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and SLAs.
• Communicate proactively with customers and team members.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
