Job summary

Blattner Energy, Inc. is seeking an IT support professional to provide end-user and project site support, onboarding/offboarding, and AD account management at the Avon, MN site.

You will monitor help desk channels, perform new-user setups, and deploy software via scripts. You will also assist with PowerShell automation and classroom or one-on-one training for end users.

The role requires a 40-hour work week on-site in Avon, MN, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a two-year post-secondary degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, iOS, TCP/IP networks; able to troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Monitors help desk email, tickets & phone line and provides IT support and resolution to end users.
• Performs computer setup for new users and upgrades devices as warranted.
• Provides end user orientation and training in classroom and one-on-one assistance.
• Assists with user onboarding and offboarding including AD account setup and device configuration.
• Performs software installations using tools and scripts and tracks licenses.
• Uses AI-assisted tools to help develop, review, and troubleshoot scripts and automations (PowerShell, CMD).
