Brivo in Bethesda is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to support our global workforce and own day-to-day IT operations. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, deploy hardware and software, and help maintain a secure, productive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT Support, Technical Helpdesk, or Desktop Support.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, customer-first approach.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency supporting macOS and Windows environments; Linux knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
• Experience deploying endpoints and policies using MDM solutions.
• Understanding of VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; AV/conference room tech.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support tickets and act as Tier 2 escalation for complex issues.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding workflows including provisioning and revocation.
• Administer user accounts, groups, SSO, and MFA configurations in Okta and core SaaS apps.
• Assist with enrolling and deploying company laptops and mobile devices via MDM.
• Troubleshoot office connectivity, VPN access, printing, and AV setups; escalate core infra design.
• Configure and deploy productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Slack.
• Maintain up-to-date internal documentation and end-user knowledge base.
• Deliver IT orientation sessions for new hires and enforce IT security policies.
