Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT support/ helpdesk experience.
• Strong customer-focused, end-user service mindset.
• Proficient in macOS and Windows; some Linux.
• Hands-on admin in Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira.
• Experience deploying endpoints via MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune) and asset tracking.
• Solid basic networking: VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, AV setup.
• Education: high school diploma; Bachelor's degree or certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets as Tier 2, meeting target SLAs.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding workflows including provisioning and hardware deployment.
• Manage user accounts, groups, SSO and MFA in Okta and SaaS apps.
• Deploy and manage laptops and mobile devices via MDM and track assets.
• Troubleshoot office connectivity, VPN, printing, and AV; escalate infra as needed.
• Configure and administer productivity tools (Google Workspace, Jira, Slack).
• Maintain internal docs and end-user self-service KB.
• Deliver IT orientation and ongoing security guidance.
