Job summary

Backblaze is seeking a Sr Desktop Support Analyst to provide Tier 2/3 end-user support for macOS and Windows, across distributed locations. You will manage Jamf Pro, Intune, Okta provisioning, and JSM workflows while supporting Google Workspace and Slack.

You’ll partner with Security and IT teams to uphold security standards, document procedures, and drive automation for a better employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional IT experience in desktop support or IT operations.
• Strong experience with Jamf Pro, Intune, Jira Service Management, and Google Workspace.
• Advanced troubleshooting for macOS and Windows, plus SSO/MFA and identity management.
• Ability to work across remote and distributed locations with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 desktop and endpoint support for macOS and Windows.
• Manage okta authentication, SSO, MFA, and user provisioning workflows.
• Use JSM to track incidents, requests, problems, and automations.
• Administer Jamf Pro and Intune for device enrollment, policies, and deployment.
• Support SaaS apps (Google Workspace, Slack) and ensure security/compliance.
• Create and maintain knowledge bases; mentor junior team members.
