Job summary

Stratascorp LLC is seeking a Help Desk Technician to deliver first-line support for Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Azure AD/Entra ID across end users. You will triage incidents, fulfill service requests, and escalate where needed, while maintaining customer-focused communication.

The role covers device and application support, onboarding, and knowledge base contributions, with emphasis on clear documentation and teamwork with security and network staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an IT support/help desk role or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID basics and RBAC concepts.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing platforms and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline incident response and triage for user issues.
• Log and track interactions in the ITSM system with accurate notes.
• Escalate complex problems to Tier II/III per SLAs.
• Assist with onboarding, software installs, and license assignments.
• Support Outlook/Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot device management via Intune and RBAC workflows.
• Collaborate with security and network teams as needed.
