Job summary

CAM Integrated Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on desktop support technician to keep users, devices, and systems running across our three locations.

You will handle tickets by phone, email, Teams, and in person; support Microsoft 365 apps; manage ADUC accounts; onboard/offboard users; set up and image Windows devices; assist with RingCentral phones; troubleshoot basic network issues; and document fixes for staff.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in desktop support or help desk (or equivalent training)
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 skills
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)
• Clear communicator who can explain tech to non‑tech users
• Organized and follows through on tickets
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between our locations
• Able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Handle help desk tickets by phone, email, Teams, and in person
• Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Manage user accounts, groups, and password resets in Active Directory (ADUC) and Microsoft 365
• Onboard and offboard users, including accounts, licenses, mailboxes, and equipment
• Set up, image, and maintain Windows laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
• Support RingCentral phones, softphones, voicemail, and user setup
• Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi, VPN, network drives)
• Track hardware and software inventory
• Document fixes and write simple how‑to guides for staff
