Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior AJOC Support Engineer for an onsite role in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will provide senior IT field support leadership for AJOC, directing staffing, deskside tasks, and deployment activities to meet project objectives.

The role requires six years of IT support experience, ability to obtain DHS/TSA clearance, and proven leadership in service delivery across federal and contractor teams. Travel to international locations may be required.

Qualifications

High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 years experience in IT support
• Holds appropriate personnel clearance levels to gain access to classified systems
• Possesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systems
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategies
• Possesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for TSA staff at International locations
• Exhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service delivery

Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance
