Qualifications

• 6 years experience in IT support.
• Possesses personnel clearance levels to access classified systems.
• Expert-level IT field support and leadership skills for complex service request fulfillment and systems administration across multiple OSs.
• Advanced proficiency in mobile device support and desk-side tasks.
• Ability to provide comprehensive IT support for TSA staff at international locations.
• Leadership in evaluating service performance, managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and management leadership for major IT field support services for AJOC classified systems, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives.
• Directs and controls all international field support activities, managing methods and staffing to meet requirements.
• Oversees technical support to federal, contractor, and detail employees using TSA Systems, ensuring staffing resources.
• Ensure support engineers complete mandatory and job-related training.
• Directs IT Field Services tasks including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, O&M, asset management, and on-site cabling.
