Job summary

Constellation seeks a Senior Manager IT, Enterprise Architecture - Generation to lead architecture strategy and multi-year roadmaps in the Generation business. You will partner across IT, cybersecurity, data, and operations to drive scalable, secure platform solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, deep enterprise-architecture expertise, and a track record of delivering complex, regulated energy IT projects. Hybrid work and competitive rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years of IT architecture/technology-heavy roles.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep expertise in scalable, secure enterprise IT platforms.
• Knowledge of patterns: microservices, serverless, event-driven, API-first.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Generation leaders to translate priorities into architectural designs.
• Provide guidance across plant operations, asset management, OT/IT integration, data and analytics.
• Define and govern architectural principles, standards, and roadmaps.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure platform solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern architectural patterns and technologies.
• Conduct architectural reviews and mitigate technical debt.
