Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking an IT Engineer to design, implement, and manage Apex's technology infrastructure in Playa Vista, Los Angeles.

You will work on architecture, engineering solutions, and lifecycle management for systems, networks, and cloud environments. Role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, hands‑on expertise across Windows, Linux, macOS, and cloud platforms, plus experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Jira/Confluence, and Slack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive hands-on IT engineering, systems administration, or network engineering experience.
• US citizen with active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to work onsite in Playa Vista, Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering and troubleshooting of systems, servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and on‑prem servers.
• Administer Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux environments.
• Configure LAN/WAN, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls, and security policies.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Jira/Confluence, and Slack.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Develop automation scripts with PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Provide Tier 3 support and document configurations and procedures.
