Apex Technology, Inc. is hiring an IT Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our technology infrastructure in Playa Vista. You will work across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile environments, building scalable servers and networks and driving cloud deployments.

The role emphasizes architecture, engineering solutions, and lifecycle management, with hands-on responsibilities and collaboration across teams. On-site, full-time position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is required.
• 5–7 years of progressive hands-on IT engineering or systems administration experience.
• Strong hands-on technical engineering and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering, administration, and troubleshooting of systems, servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers from deployment through ongoing management.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux environments.
• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls, and network policies.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Jira/Confluence, and Slack environments.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Develop automation and scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Lead or participate in IT infrastructure projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and assist other IT teams with complex issues.
• Document configurations, troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and project changes.
