Job summary

You will own daily IT operations, plan cloud migrations, manage budgets, and mentor cross-functional staff, with hands-on involvement in security, compliance, and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, Masters preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM or ITIL.
• 5–10 years IT experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Strong networking, cloud, scripting, and cybersecurity skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations, network, procurement, backups, and uptime.
• Lead IT strategy with budget planning and forecasting.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and drive training and performance.
• Oversee system implementations, cloud migrations, and security upgrades.
• Ensure security, risk assessments, audits, and compliance.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage IT budgets.
• Provide end-user support and training.
