Job summary

UW Credit Union in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to support end-user devices and applications with hands‑on expertise. The role mentors junior team members and ensures high customer service standards. Location is Wauwatosa with normal business hours and 1.0 FTE.

Responsibilities include endpoint hardware/software support, AV systems, and software deployment using Intune/AD. Candidates need 4–5 years IT support experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 4-5 years experience Infrastructure Technology and Technical Support.
• Cisco CCENT or Microsoft certification preferred.
• Experience in end-user support/help desk and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment at UWCU locations.
• Identify root causes and proactively reduce IT incidents.
• Maintain ITSM and ITAM records with regular updates.
• Lead hardware/software upgrades and system migrations.
• Set up and maintain device configurations using Intune/AD.
• Provide on-call support for the Technical Services team.
