Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar required.
• 2-3 years of Support Engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring support tickets and prioritize tasks.
• Diagnose complex issues using logs and monitoring tools.
• Escalate fixes with Software Engineers and DevOps.
• Read and understand code to identify bugs and access levels.
• Make code changes for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Respond to system failures affecting production.
• Document systems and processes for an evolving environment.
• Support data needs via SQL queries for leadership and partners.
• Mentor other engineers and handle escalations.
• Coordinate releases and deployments for flagship apps.
