Experience in usage of SCCM/Ivanti/Intune for deployments and installations.

Experience in OS installation, handling OS related issues, and troubleshooting.

Experience in patches and package installation & troubleshooting.

Deskside support, imaging, migration, printer and other support with hardware.

NOTE :

The backfill role means you'll be required to go onsite when our primary engineer is on leave or vacation. We will inform you in advance whenever this is needed.
