Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day deployment of corporate end-user assets for employees.
• Imaging and reimaging PCs/Mac devices and software/hardware installs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams for resources and solutions.
• Manages inventory and routes tickets to appropriate IT groups.
• Performs hardware break/fix and maintains warranty parts inventory.
• Gathers data for ticket routing, queues, and reporting.
