The role prioritizes white glove support, incident resolution, and asset lifecycle management, with opportunities for after-hours involvement and collaboration on IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service and professional presence when interacting with executives and senior leadership.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints, devices, and conference room technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively, manage on-site and remote support tasks, and prioritize incidents within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support to corporate and remote employees.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Macs, printers, mobile devices, Teams Rooms and peripherals.
• Resolve incidents through to completion and escalate when needed.
• Support asset lifecycle, imaging, deployment, and inventory management.
• Deliver VIP/executive support and maintain a polished customer experience.
