Qualifications

• Proven desktop/deskside or end-user support experience.
• Experience with computers, peripherals, OS, software, and workplace tech.
• Experience with imaging, inventory, vulnerability remediation, and support processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 deskside and desktop support for end-user technology.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, phones, printers, etc.
• Diagnose hardware, software, OS, and desktop infra issues and meet SLAs.
• Support Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange, endpoint tech, and patching.
• Manage end-user equipment lifecycle: imaging, inventory, deployment, recovery.
• Identify recurring issues and create preventive solutions and docs.
• Support enterprise audio/video solutions and night processing needs.
• Lead or contribute to high-profile technical projects.
• Mentor team members and partner with IT Support Services.
• Deliver responsive, customer-focused support following change management.
