Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support via phone, email, and in person.
• Create and manage support tickets; initial problem reporting.
• Set up new user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange.
• Diagnose and resolve PC hardware/software issues.
• Assist on-site and off-site users; support AV and meetings.
• Assist with moving and implementing IT equipment; SLA timelines.
