Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers and scanners.
• Prepare and deploy new devices; perform hardware upgrades.
• Track IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Respond to and resolve service requests via ITSM platform.
• Provide user support and training on device usage.
