Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in engineering technology or related field.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and bills of material.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for customers and staff.
• Advanced computer skills with MS Office and MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field service technicians to meet company objectives.
• Communicate job expectations and coach team members.
• Approve and coordinate scheduled activities, including on-call shifts.
• Lead division-level strategic initiatives and customer accounts.
• Manage Field Service delivery and customer experience for Key Accounts.
• Oversee supplier relationship and service performance in the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and input for proposals.
• Develop processes and review field service reports and activity data.
