Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician - IT Cooling to perform on-site service, installation, testing, and maintenance of IT cooling and electro-mechanical equipment for customers.

You will troubleshoot refrigeration systems, read schematics, and support internal teams while working a rotating on-call schedule. EPA 608 certification and an Associate degree in HVAC/electrical are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVAC/Electrical/Electronics.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• 2–5 years of HVAC/refrigeration troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site service, start-up, maintenance, and testing.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration and electro-mechanical systems.
• Perform refrigerant tasks (leaks, reclamation, evacuation, charging of R410A).
• Diagnose electrical systems and repair controls.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
• Provide technical support to customers and partners.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties.
• Collaborate on projects and report expenses.
