Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11, Citrix, and Microsoft 365 in multi-platform environments.
• Knowledge of hardware, network configuration, and troubleshooting in a warehouse/industrial setting.
• Experience with warehouse devices (printers, scanners) and basic security essentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 end-user support on-site and remotely as needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues; classify and escalate when required.
• Configure and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment.
