Job summary

Everforth Apex in Juno Beach, FL seeks an Associate Project Manager to oversee early-stage development for high-voltage transmission and substation projects. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, supply chain, and pre-construction activities to ensure readiness with defined plans and risk mitigation.

The role focuses on early-stage development rather than active construction execution, with some exposure to cost, schedule, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, or related field.
• Zero to five years managing engineering/construction projects with budget oversight.
• Proficiency with Word and project scheduling tools; HV transmission/substation dev beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project plans focusing on cost, schedule, and execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, estimating, supply chain, land, environmental, regulatory, and legal.
• Manage integration of project scope, scheduling, and budget requirements.
• Prepare RFP packages to source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services.
• Support estimating by providing scope definitions and assumptions for financial models.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular progress, issue, and risk updates to leadership.
• Act as liaison with agencies and regulating entities.
