Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Change Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan, driving awareness, readiness, and adoption across projects. You will partner with project managers, HR, and communications to minimize people impacts and ensure a smooth transition.

This onsite role in Charlotte or Atlanta requires strong written communications, stakeholder analysis, and training material development.

Qualifications

• Must have prior change and communications experience.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the change management plan, including communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, training/support, and adoption activities.
• Assess change impacts to understand who is affected, what is changing for them, and what support is needed.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, including leaders, impacted teams, and partners who need to understand, support, or help champion the change.
• Develop project communications and messaging in partnership with HR Communications, including drafting content, coordinating reviews and approvals, and ensuring communications align with the overall change strategy.
• Partner with project and business leads to translate project decisions, milestones, and impacts into clear messages and actions for impacted audiences.
• Develop leader and teammate readiness materials, such as talking points, FAQs, toolkits, presentations, and training/support materials.
• Coordinate change activities with the project plan, ensuring communications, engagement, and training occur at the appropriate points.
• Identify change risks and resistance and develop actions to address gaps in awareness, understanding, readiness, or adoption.
• Monitor readiness and adoption and adjust the change approach based on stakeholder feedback and project needs.
