Ladders is seeking a Change Partner Senior to drive enterprise change efforts across large-scale initiatives. You will partner with leaders and teams to assess impacts, shape sustainment plans, and strengthen adoption through clear communication and coaching.

The role guides executives through organisational dynamics, risk awareness, and disciplined change execution, with a remote US-based work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 6+ years in organisational change management or related fields, including 2+ years in change management.
• Advanced knowledge of project and change management principles.
• Experience in client success and organisational dynamics; strong emotional intelligence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and risk requirements.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Change Partner Senior to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will drive enterprise change efforts that help large-scale initiatives land effectively across the organization. You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, shape sustainment plans, and strengthen adoption through clear communication and coaching. The position will also play a key role in guiding executives and teams through organisational dynamics, risk awareness, and disciplined change execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,450 – $197,730 annually
