Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to plan and direct analyses of complex processes to be enhanced with automated systems. You will lead cross-functional work, mentor IT staff, and drive project success across enterprise applications, including Oracle PeopleSoft and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, documentation of requirements, and overseeing system implementations in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in information technology or IT analysis.
• Experience in a professional services firm or military is preferred.
• Project management or Agile certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds working relationship with key stakeholder groups.
• Produces specifications for new or modified systems through collaboration with business users and IT staff.
• Documents requirements using standard templates, diagrams, and prototypes.
• Oversees the implementation of new systems and software.
• Plans, facilitates testing and validation for new systems and enhancements.
• Coordinates and manages vendors and vendor resources for project initiatives.
