Job summary

CCI- Computer Consultants International, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead a Documentation Recovery initiative for Spartanburg County IT. You will orchestrate discovery, analyze current-state processes, and identify documentation gaps to support technical writing and governance.

You will map processes with Visio, coordinate stakeholders, and develop artifacts such as runbooks and SOPs. Requires 10+ years of BA experience, and strong MS 365 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience in complex IT environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping and diagrams.
• Experience with technical subject-matter experts across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or IT disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and interviews with IT teams and stakeholders.
• Inventory and assess existing technical, operational, security, system, and recovery documentation.
• Document current-state processes, workflows, roles, dependencies, and pain points.
• Create process maps, workflows, data/process flows, inventories, matrices using Visio and MS 365.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and governance.
• Gather and prioritize requirements for SOPs, runbooks, and system documentation.
• Translate expert knowledge into structured source material for technical writers.
• Facilitate review sessions to validate documentation against operations.
• Maintain backlogs, status tracking, and ownership of deliverables.
• Support documentation standards, templates, and repository organization.
• Manage multiple workstreams with limited supervision.
