Job summary
Accord Technologies Inc in Spartanburg, SC seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive discovery and analysis for a Documentation Recovery initiative. You will inventory existing documentation, interview SMEs, and map current-state processes to surface gaps that affect cybersecurity and operational resilience.
You will translate SME knowledge into structured source material for the Technical Writer, support governance and standards, and help establish repeatable documentation practices across IT
Qualifications
- 10+ years of business analysis in complex IT environments.
- Strong requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced MS 365 proficiency (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/SharePoint) and Visio.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or service delivery SMEs.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops with IT teams and stakeholders.
- Inventory and analyze documentation across technical and operational domains.
- Document current-state processes, dependencies, and gaps.
- Create process maps, data flows, and governance artifacts.
- Prioritize requirements for SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with Technical Writer to translate SME knowledge into structured materials.
- Maintain documentation backlog, tracking, and governance.
